We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our listings.

The successful bidder will submit a
$500 deposit within 24 hours of Auction End to secure the vehicle.
Remaining amount is due within 7 days
of Auction End.
PayPal is accepted for initial
deposits only. Final payments will be made via Certified Check, Bank
Transfer or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only.
Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place
before making your final bid. If you have any questions please call us for
more information.
No vehicles will be shipped until it’s
paid in full and payment has cleared our bank.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or
shipping of any eBay listed vehicle. However, if you ever need our help
with the shipping, we will do our best to provide you with the most
competitive shipping quotes. You can also locate shippers by doing a
search for `auto shippers`.
When we help you with your shipping
arrangements, we make sure your vehicle is fully insured while in transit.
Please do the same if you choose your own carrier.
Vehicles Condition
If you are not sure about something,
please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included.
As we try to do our best hand-picking
our eBay vehicles, they all are assumed to be in Above Average condition
unless noted otherwise.
Our cars are the best of Pre-Owned,
but not Brand New. Some minor imperfections may be present (small rock
chips, small scuffs, scratches, etc.)
Our dealership welcomes and recommends a buyer's
inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you
inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for
any inspection fees. Please call us for the information about eBay
preferred independent inspection companies.
Please, do your homework and research
the car you are interested in. Bidding on a car blindly is not an excuse
for not taking delivery.

All vehicles are sold AS-IS unless
otherwise specified.
Please ask as many questions as you
have to! If you assume something, please do not make it an excuse for not
completing the transaction. If you do not complete the transaction, your
deposit will be lost – we have to pay our fees no matter what.
We always reserve a right to end our
auctions early.
Fees and Taxes
A $289 Documentation Fee will be
assessed to all listings. This fee is collected for the title transfer, temporary
tags, mail and messenger services related to the sale. We are required to
collect 7% sales tax and DMV fees for NJ residents only. Out of state
buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well
as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be
registered.
Some Suggestions
to make your eBay experience smoother
If you choose to finance any of our
cars, please make all financing arrangements before the auction ends.
We always welcome third party
inspection companies, but please, make sure the inspection is done before
the auction ends.
Please, only bid what you are willing
to pay. If the reserve is not met and you are reasonably close, we may
contact you with the second chance offer.
Please, do not wait until the last
minute to bid. If you do this, there is a very big chance that you are not
going to get the car you want - most of the people that bought cars from
us initiated all inquiries way before the end of the auction.
